Temperature and humidity are checked daily to ensure the structure of the home is returned to normal. Mold testing is done to ensure all affected areas have been removed. One the damaged area has been removed, the affected area is cleaned and dried. New water and mold resistant drywall is then installed to patch the walls.
Non-penetrating moisture meters and thermal cameras are used to find suspected areas that have been wet or the possibility of mold.

There is NO set time frame to when the structure will be dry and clean. By taking daily readings with the same equipment used to diagnose the problem, we can then determine when the area is safe to be rebuilt.
